Server not responding !!!
In continuation to todays problem, we suspect that there is some issue with server VENUS and are having an audit of the server at the moment, since it has stopped responding to all the http and mail services.
We apologies for the inconvenience caused to the users on this server, but we assure you that the services will be up and running in some time. Thank you for your patience.

There were some file system errors that need to be corrected and it looks like it has worked out and the server is back online. But we will post back if we find any further issues in out continued investigation.

Update !!
It is simply filesystem errors that send the partition into read only to protect from further failure.
The is resolved right now as long as the filesystem doesn't act up again. If it becomes a regular occurrence we'll want to investigate further possible by installing a new hard drive. This can be done at non-peak times to avoid high visibility down time for our customers. Thank you all for your continued patience.
